Refund and Exchange Policy
All sales are final. The New Haven Academy Drama Box Office does not offer refunds on ticket purchases. However, in the event that you are unable to attend a performance, you may inquire about exchanging your tickets for an alternate performance of the same show. Please note ticket exchanges are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Please contact the box office for exchange inquiries, providing the last name of the purchaser and the name, date, and time, of the alternate desired performance.
General Policies
PARKING: There is very limited FREE parking on the campus of our school. Once the free parking has been filled, there is a plethora of STREET METER parking within walking distance of the school. The closest parking garage is Audubon Court Garage located at 78 Audubon Street. It is less than 4 minutes away (walking distance) from New Haven Academy. **Expect delays from Audubon Court Garage. Please give yourself ample time to find parking.**

The garage is 4 minutes walking distance from our school and offers plenty of parking.
WHEELCHAIR/HANDICAP ACCESIBILITY:
Handicap accessible parking is available in the rear and front lot of our building & subject to availability. We recommend calling ahead during Box Office hours to reserve an accessible space if you need it. Should you or your guest need handicap access please enter through our front entrance (there is a ramp). You will have elevator access down to our performance space.
IMPORTANT DETAILS: The doors will open 30 minutes prior to the start of the show! Feel free to grab some delicious snacks and beverages at our concession table. The show runs approx. 2 hours including a 15 minute intermission.
LOCATION INFO: Our productions are held at New Haven Academy. Located at 444 Orange Street, New Haven, CT, 06511. Our front entrance and front parking is located on Bradley Street (for GPS, use 219 Bradley Street, New Haven, CT, 06511).
TICKET INFO: If you have reserved tickets please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show begins. In the event that we sellout a performance - at 5 minutes after the shows start time, ANY no call/no show ticket holders may not have a seat as we will begin last-minute seating at that point. Please have your ticket confirmation page ready and accessible for the Will Call table when you enter. If you lose your confirmation page NO WORRIES, simply present the name (First & Last) that the tickets are under and your ID and we can get you your tickets.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (NEW HAVEN ACADEMY DRAMA PROGRAM).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
